What is the cost for services?
Evaluation (including standardized assessments, review of medical history, parent/teacher interview, client observation, and written report): $120/hour or $90/45 minutes
Treatment Sessions: $110/hour or $55/half hour
Where are services provided?
King Therapy Solutions provides occupational therapy services throughout Duval and St. Johns counties in a child’s home or educational environment including daycares, preschools, or private schools. Mobile services allow for families to easily and conveniently receive services. Also, treating children in their natural environment allows for a clearer picture of a child’s performance.
King Therapy Solutions also provides telehealth services including individual therapy services and consultation services throughout the state of Florida.
How can I pay for services?
King Therapy Solutions accepts HSA funds, FSA funds, cash, check, or credit card payment.
King Therapy Solutions is also an approved provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship (formerly Gardiner scholarship). Please click the link below for more information on qualifying for this scholarship.
Several grants are also available to pay for the cost of services.
The United Healthcare Children’s Foundation offers a grant for children who have commercial insurance and meet specific income requirements. Clients can submit for reimbursement through grant funding.
The Healthwell Foundation offers a Pediatric Assistance Fund to pay for services. Clients must meet eligibility requirements based on an individual’s medical, financial and insurance situation.

Children who are 4 years old and have an IEP may also elect to use their VPK funding for occupational therapy services. Please see the link below for more information.
Do you accept commercial insurance?
King Therapy Solutions LLC is considered out of network for commercial insurances but will provide an invoice to submit for reimbursement upon request.
While some commercial insurances cover occupational therapy services, many have high deductibles, co-payments, or do not cover specific services. Maintaining a mobile, self-pay model with affordable rates allows us to better serve families.
