Rachel King, MOT, OTR/L

Rachel King is a nationally board certified and state registered occupational therapist.

After earning experience working with students as an English Language Arts teacher, she decided to dedicate her time to helping students on an individual basis. She received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She then transitioned to working in pediatrics with a focus on autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, and A.D.H.D.

After working in various pediatric outpatient settings, she established her own private practice to allow her the flexibility to best meet children’s needs in their home environment.

Rachel King has advanced training in pediatric toileting and continence including pediatric pelvic floor therapy and sEMG biofeedback. She also has pursued advanced trainings in feeding and swallowing including the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Assessment and Remediation of Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs), and AEIOU Integrated Approach to Pediatric Feeding.
