Do you take the Step Up for Students Scholarship?
King Therapy Solutions is also a direct-pay/approved provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities(formerly Gardiner scholarship).
King Therapy Solutions will submit for reimbursement for students on the legacy system. Students using the EMA system may reserve funds online at time of service.

Do you take insurance?
​King Therapy Solutions LLC is considered out of network for commercial insurances but will provide an invoice to submit for reimbursement upon request.
While some commercial insurances cover occupational therapy services, many have high deductibles, co-payments, or do not cover specific services. Maintaining a mobile, self-pay model with affordable rates allows us to better serve families.

How much do services cost?
Evaluation (including standardized assessments, review of medical history, parent/teacher interview, client observation, and written report): $150/hour

Treatment Sessions: $120/hour or $60/half hour

How often and how long are treatment sessions?
Evaluations are typically 1 hour in length which can include direct observation or parent/teacher/medical team interview.

Treatment sessions are booked for either 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.

Care plans are based on initial evaluation and are different for each client based on individual needs. Typically, sessions are scheduled 1-2x/week.

Are there other ways to pay for services?
King Therapy Solutions accepts HSA funds, FSA funds, cash, check, or credit card payment methods. All card-based payments are processed online by King Therapy Solutions.

The United Healthcare Children’s Foundation offers a grant for children who have commercial insurance and meet specific income requirements. Clients can submit for reimbursement through grant funding.
​
The Healthwell Foundation offers a Pediatric Assistance Fund to pay for services. Clients must meet eligibility requirements based on an individual’s medical, financial and insurance situation.
​
​Children who are 4 years old and have an IEP may also elect to use their VPK funding for occupational therapy services. Please see the link below for more information.
